Using the platform means agreeing to these Terms and applicable organization policies.

User Responsibilities

Protect credentials, assign roles correctly, and use PHI only for authorized care.

Data Privacy

PHI handled per our Privacy Policy; covered entities remain responsible for patient rights.

Payments & Billing

SaaS subscriptions via checkout; in-clinic billing modules for patient charges.

Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime; maintenance windows may be scheduled with notice.

Account & Access

Accounts are provisioned per organization tenant with role-based access, MFA policies, and email verification.

Each healthcare organization receives an isolated tenant. Staff accounts are created by organization administrators with assigned UserRole values that control module access through AUTHZ presets.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, completing MFA enrollment when required by your tenant policy, and notifying your administrator of unauthorized access.

  • Organization statuses: PENDING_APPROVAL, APPROVED, or SUSPENDED
  • Roles include Doctor, Nurse, Receptionist, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Admin, and more
  • SUPER_ADMIN accounts are limited to platform owner operations
  • Session management and automatic logoff protect unattended workstations
  • Email verification required for new staff accounts
